I work to improve processes, and make a difference. I embrace change and new opportunities. Being in new situations, help develop who we are, and grant opportunity to learn what we can accomplish. I have had tremendous opportunities to develop and change. As a director of Quality Assurance for Federal Title IV financial aid, to reduce cost and errors in reporting. I have worked on various committees, some with goals such as improving employee retention and annual evaluations. I was blessed with an opportunity to train and learn, as local processes were outsourced to another country. I have experience with businesses that were in expansion mode, as well as closure mode. I have worked for a private not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing quality programs and support systems for individuals in need. Giving back has been a big part of my life. I have volunteered for 5 years as religious education instructor for 3rd grade students. I have volunteered as Financial Secretary for a fraternal organization. My family and I, have helped at the local Ronald McDonald house, and spent Thanksgiving day serving dinner for those in need at a local Catholic Charities temporary housing.
