Thomas Instrell

I am currently studying Football Coaching and Management at UCFB Wembley and looking to further my knowledge and experience in the field. I have gained some experience with the Cardiff City Community Foundation and with Pontyclun FC back in 2013/14/15, but I am always looking to gain more experience in the field. I have always been a football fanatic and played for over 10 years with my career starting with Pontypridd Town AFC, then heading to Pontyclun FC where I played for 4 years winning the Welsh Cup, Taff Rhymer Cup and the South Wales FA Cup; from here I had trails with Cardiff City FC, Newport County FC and Swansea City FC before signing for Cwm Welfare who were in the 3rd Division of the Welsh League.
