Thomas Railly

I have spent a number of years in the restaurant trade first as a Kitchen Porter and then as a Commis Chef in a high profile gastropub. During this time at the Milestone we created a cookbook and were winners of the best of British category on Gordon Ramsays Best Restaurant channel four tv show. Also during this time we won many local accolades from newspapers and magazines such as Eat Sheffield and In The Star Newspaper. Working as a chef has entailed long hours working in small teams in difficult conditions. I have also worked behind a restaurant bar and have experience of an electronic cash register. I work hard with commitment and I am particularly skilled at dealing with people either as work mates or customers. I also have a full driving licence, and a 309 Australian Visa
