I'm a highly motivated person who loves what I do. I have years of experience, leadership skills, management experience, and a host of other qualifications. I love to travel and work to have a positive impact on businesses and people where ever I go. I believe in maintaining a positive, hard working atmosphere where people feel comfortable and driven to pay attention to detail while going above and beyond the call of duty, while also maintaining discipline and focus on the task at hand. Objectives are to expand on experiences, meet new people, and do the best I can at what I do. I work well under extreme pressure, in fact I thrive on it. I am energetic, positive, happy go lucky, but also know how to work, and work until it's done. I am not allergic to extremely long hours, and in fact I prefer them. I have been in this business long enough that I know they are the norm, and work for me is a second home. I recognize that every business is different, from the core values, to the work ethics, to the atmosphere, to the logistics of what they do, and adapt accordingly, while also using the experience that I have to contribute, while not getting in the way or thinking I know everything.
