My professional experience has been driven and sustained by an ability to develop a plan and execute to the plan. As a store manager, I was challenged to drive sales and profits through developing a business plan designed to deliver results pertaining to specific company core objectives. This has guided me to successfully recruit, hire and train a diverse team focused on results. The ability to build a team through selection and cross training was critical to building in the type of efficiencies that enabled me to consistently meet and exceed payroll saving objectives. Additionally, the ability to focus and challenge a team focused towards selling and delivering an outstanding customer experience was critical to the success of leading our store to consistently exceed sales objectives. I have classroom teaching experience where success is directly related to the ability to plan effectively. I have developed powerpoint based unit and lesson plans designed to engage diverse learning styles and to make optimal use of learning time.
