I am an outgoing, goal-oriented Operations Manager with 6+ years of experience launching, directing, and managing operations and large-scale programs. I love managing projects across organizations - watching the gears turn, and figuring how to piece together the puzzle; taking pride and exuding passion in keeping everyone on track. I am also passionate about social justice issues and great at learning new technology! I can master a CRM database, and expense management system, or an event planning platform with relative ease. I describe myself as a ratchetdemic. I am a first-generation American, first-generation college graduate, and grew up in public housing. I believe in showing up to work as my AUTHENTIC self every day to show that inner-city kids can be successful but still maintain their identity. I don't have to bend to euro-centric standards to prove my intelligence or my capabilities. I believe this will in turn open doors and kill misconceptions others may have of those in the Black community.
