Hi. I'm Tiago. I'm Brazilian software engineer that have computer science background and strong business administration, team leadership and product management knowledge and experience. I've been working on software development firms/projects for 14 years, and half of it were programming. Because of this history, I have a holistic view of how an agile software development company works. Knowing business administration, products and technology I can help my clients build digital products/business from the ground up, innovate on them or simply scale. For me Agile is the natural way of working. This means being resilient, learning and adapting always, especially from "the wrongs" made, strive for early and continuous deliveries and client/user feedback, truly collaborating with people and theirs diversity, and making happy clients because they'll receive what was agreed on.
