As the Country Manager of Xiaomi Technology for Peru, I lead the country management in which Xiaomi is rapidly becoming the number one smartphone brand. I have a Master of Business Administration degree with a major in Entrepreneurship from College of the Holy Spirit, and I am passionate about digital transformation, new business models, sustainability, and business innovation.In the past year, our Peruvian team have managed to increase Xiaomi's market share, brand awareness, and customer loyalty in Peru, thanks to the trust of our consumers and the hard work of my talented world-class team. We have launched new products and services, such as 5G smartphones, AIoT devices, and online platforms, that improve the quality of life of millions of people. We have also established strategic partnerships with local operators, distributors, and media outlets, to expand our reach and influence.
