I have more than 10 years of customer service related and management experience. A level headed, calm and unflappable individual who is able to carry out any customer service role professionally and effectively. I have a long track records of increasing customer loyalty and retention, now I am looking for a suitable position with an exciting and ambitious company. Ever since I was a kid, all of my memories are about restaurants, my parents owned a fancy restaurant in China, and I started to learn how to communicate and serve people at a very young age. When I was 16, my dad's business did not go well, so my family decided to move to USA to start a new life, everything was new to me. I couldn't speak very well English and I didn't have any friends. I knew I had to make a change, I learned English day and night and I worked part time at restaurant after school was over, I only slept 4-5 hour per day. What I have learnt at that time was you never gave up. I Joined the Army at 2012, I was based in Hawaii, it only took me 2 years from PFC to sergeant, I learned leadership, teamwork. Cooperation and endurance during my army career, there is nothing you cant do unless you put full efforts to it. At 2016, I left the army and decided to open a restaurant with my dad , we bought a restaurant barely had any business, I made advertisements sent out menus and joined local business club and most importantly I treated all the customers like families, after 5 years hard working I finally doubled the sales and even tripled, 5 star on facebook, 4.7 star on doordash with more than 1700 rartings. I am 35 now, I know it is time to make a change and I need to step out of my comfort zone, starting a new career and go for it .
