Specialising (but not limited to), real estate project conveyancing, in particular, off the plan conveyancing, strata and community title lots (residential, commercial and industrial), acquisition of site and due diligence, financier due diligence reporting (pre-draw down certification) and regular financier and client reporting. My major clients are property developers and financiers. I have significant experience in all aspects of major real estate developments. I am experienced in: - contract and document administration from setting up systems to be adaptable to various industry requirements, execution and maintenance; - deep experience in face to face client briefings and meetings, taking instructions and management of client expectations. Liaising with sales and marketing teams, development managers, in-house solicitors, financiers and customer relations; - advising on the terms of contracts for sale including all subdivision and management documents; - drafting commercial and residential contracts based on pro forma contract; - acquisition and financier due diligences, including pre-draw down certification; and - maintaining and developing databases, tracking client sales and precedent correspondence. - the ability to issue, exchange and settle high volumes of contracts for sale; - managing and attending client sale launches and exchanging contracts at launch; and - experienced in acting for leading financial institutions in relation to mortgagee in possession sales and discharge mortgage work in multiple states including close liaison with the instructing bodies.
