I have had the opportunity to work for a few organizations where I have had the opportunity to grow as a professional. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervising, scheduling, training new hires, referral placement, report writing, marketing to potential employers, maintaining relationships with current employers, employment counseling (one-on-one and group), and teaching employment readiness classes. I have built a bank of relationships to assist the clients with employment opportunities, community service and education opportunities. In addition, I have utilized my strong leadership and interpersonal skills to assist in team building and goal setting with my colleagues. I am able to think quickly in demanding and critical situations and in those requiring quick assessment of many factors in order to make appropriate decisions. Dealing with the diverse concerns of customers/clients, inmates, faculty, and staff, I have become adept at operating with the proper mix of authority, diplomacy, and tact.
