Tim Bauer’s career has spanned from center court to the board room. From coaching both executives and elite athletes to directing distinguished universities, private clubs and resorts. Serving the top names in sports, business, and higher education: University of Florida, Florida State, Michigan State, Nike, Yonex, Saddlebrook. His Sport Psychology work has guided elite professional athletes, and executives in high pressure performance environments including talent recruiting, stress management, and team building. Building teams and programs through visionary perspectives, education, personalized service, and business management. Guiding the historic Boar’s Head Resort to the #1 Private Tennis Facility of the Year in 2008, rebuilding tennis at The Greater Naples YMCA and leading Michigan State University's NCAA Div I program to its first national rankings. Tim has been influential in lifting results to new heights. As a Sport Scientist, Tim has put his mark on two of the world's most prominent tennis academies. Directing the Sport Science program at the acclaimed Van Der Meer Tennis Academy on Hilton Head and creating the Mental Performance curriculum at Saddlebrook Tennis and Golf Academy in Tampa, Florida guiding the next generation of top athletes, Tim's academic and scientific background, combined with years of experience working with talented performers, helped develop his holistic and inspired methods. His writing has been published nationally and he's been an invited speaker at national and international events throughout his career. His wide ranging study of 'the roots of excellence' in high performers including that of artists, musicians, designers, executives, contributes to his creative mental approach and his understanding of what it takes to be truly great in any endeavor.
