As an experienced Parts Manager running a busy parts department, supplying to both retail and trade customers, my communication and problem-solving skills along with a good attention to detail have been key to the success of the business. I actively listen to customers’ needs and am polite and courteous at all times. My excellent skills have led to building strong relationships with customers and suppliers. I also complete supplier invoices for the Accounts Department for month end where I ensure accuracy by checking VAT, net total and by making sure that they are input onto the system. Correctly. Continued training in AAT and Bookkeeping has sparked a passion for finance as I really enjoy undertaking financial tasks.
