I am a training development professional with over twenty years experience and specialize in results oriented training with a keen focus and experience in all aspects of the training process. I supervise all types and levels of training initiatives to educate, inform and motivate the target audience. I have worked extensively in the Professional AV industry designing and delivering sales and technical product training. I have managed customer training and built profitable product operations training programs, I also have developed and delivered seminars, workshops, online and blended learning courses based on performance objectives for members for the AV community. In addition to this wide range of training experience, I have served as a multimedia project manager, a line producer in the entertainment industry, an award winning video producer and editor, a technical writer and have provided a wide range of consultation services to corporations, government agencies, and non-profit associations, in the applications and effective use of media, social media and technology in training and communications.
