Critical care physician, publisher, and Educator special interest in Simulation and research. I have held diverse directorial posts and describe myself as a leader that empowers. I am a self driven physician, with a passion for quality improvement. I am always looking outside the box for improving health care delivery. A well educated clinician is a safe clinician. My critical care experience spans over 10 years. I completed a fellowship in Clinical Critical care with research. This fellowship empowered me to undertake giant strides in research. Allowing to develope a new mantra "if you haven't published it you have not done!". I bring leadership, team playing spirit, a researcher, and a passionate educator. I am always looking for ways to break through barriers. A new insight always awaits us on the horizon. An avid IMG advocate, AHPRA trained supervisor and WBA assessor. Avid junior doctor supporter in the regional setting -well outer metro really. I run a research program and CV optimisation course. My research optimisation crosses healthcare boundaries and some projects have turned into PhD programs. I believe in equal opportunity for all, and mentorship plays a big role in what I do for my colleagues.
