Director of MBM Consulting Ltd with overall responsibility for planning and delay analysis. I specialise in giving advice on project delays, extensions of time and disruption matters both in the preparation of claims prosecution and defence. I have also represented both referring and responding parties in numerous adjudications as well as providing expert witness services. In addition I also advise clients on project planning and assisted a number of clients in preparing programmes for acceptance under the ECC form of contract together with tender and contract programmes under JCT forms of contract.
