I’m a highly motivated, dedicated and adaptable individual. I have a calm, logical and proactive approach to work plus a strong drive to plan and then follow things through to completion. I am currently open to new opportunities having decided to explore a change of career. My 23 years in Retail Banking has helped to develop a varied range of skills supporting our Customers, People, Shareholders and Communities. My biggest attribute is my ability to Embrace Change and Self Develop new Skills. My Career to date has also given me a valuable insight on Deepening Customer Relationships both internally and externally whilst providing an exceptional level of Service in a targeted Sales Environment. I have achieved the Leadership and Management Level 3 qualification from Leeds Beckett University to give me greater experience and skills to lead and coach a team. I also hold the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice and have extensive experience in helping customers achieve there priorities and dreams. Not only this I have also managed new Mortgage Advisers through to Competent Adviser Status.
