Intially involved from the customer prespective as Superuser, then Project Manager and finally Systems Manager. Utilised Agile principals supported by appropriate ITIL change control techniques. ERP/WMS Systems - Have successfully managed numerous ERP/WMS/MIS implementations into manufacturing and service businesses, including a project to migrate from 3 separate MIS systems to a single system co-ordinating activity across 7 separate sites. Business Process Management - worked with the business to define and implement process and application improvement & change - managing stakeholder communication and expectation. Training – Experienced trainer using a wide range of techniques ranging from hosting workshops to one-to-one support and mentoring. Applications Manager – Manager of applications support service. Leading a team of 3rd line support operatives - comprised of Business Analysts and IT Developers.
