In 2010 Moshe was promoted to 5th dan by Dr. Jerry Beasley's organization. 18+ years Police Service Dog training/handling. Certified Peace Officer In OH 2004. Defensive Tactics, Law Enforcement & Civilian Taser Instructor, Use of Force Instructor, Academy & In-Service Instructor for approximately 10 other subjects pertaining to Law Enforcement and Detention/Corrections Environments.
