Tim O'Neill

Tim is a senior executive with 40 years experience in the property investment, development and construction sector and is currently Property Director at De Luca Corporation. Tim has worked with some of Australia’s most successful property investment and development organisations including QIC Real Estate, Lend Lease and Economic Development Queensland. His experience is extensive and diverse, spanning the full spectrum of the property investment and development cycle from project creation, master planning and feasibility to project delivery and asset management and funds management; and across many asset classes in major urban re-generation and greenfield sites. Well regarded as a leader by his peers, Tim has held positions on several property industry bodies including a two-year term as National Director and Queensland President of the Property Council of Australia. Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Building from the NSW University of Technology and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
