Tim Prouty

Tim Prouty is a First Vice President / Capital Markets in CBRE Tucson's Debt & Structured Finance Team. He is responsible for providing real estate debt & equity financing, consulting services and investment opportunities for the company's clients in Southern Arizona. Mr. Prouty has accumulated forty years of experience in the operations of real estate services companies and mortgage banking. During his tenure as Managing Director, CBRE was re-established as the leading commercial real estate services firm in Southern Arizona. In addition to an Arizona Real Estate Broker's license, Tim holds an Arizona Commercial Mortgage Broker's license and has originated commercial loans with life insurance companies, commercial banks and mortgage conduits. Mr. Prouty serves as Chairman of the Canyon Community Bank Holding Company, on the Directors Loan Committee and is also Chairman of the bank's Audit Committee. Tim served as the Chairman of the Tucson Airport Authority. Tim has also served on the boards of many trade groups and charities including as President of the Tucson Conquistadores Foundation, President of the Tucson Conquistadores, Chairman of the Pima County Real Estate Research Council and President of the VIP Club.
