Leadership I Sports Administration I Integrity, Investigation & Intelligence I Emergency Management My current role is Executive Manager Racing Security and Integrity Assurance at Hong Kong Jockey Club where I lead a diverse team required to deliver core Integrity functions, including investigating serious breaches of the Clubs Rules of Racing and Policies, Intelligence function and the Anti-Doping Team. This role combined with my previous experience at Racing Victoria and the AFL compliments to my long held passion and career objectives of fighting corruption and integrity measures particularly in sports administration. My extensive investigative background and proven track record in Victoria Police, particularly key leadership roles in the Purana Taskforce and Sport Integrity and Intelligence Unit, has informed and guided my career path. These experiences have served to provide me a solid and deep knowledge of Financial Crime and Sports Administration in the areas of investigations, intelligence, compliance and risk, emergency management and money laundering. In addition, the diversity of roles has enabled me to develop highly effective leadership, analysis and strategy capability. I hold a strong belief in building organisational capability through fostering continuous professional development for myself and staff. My Academic background complements my current role and has provided me with the opportunity to consolidate and demonstrate my capability, understanding and passion for Racing, Sports Integrity and Governance.
