Tim Rowles

I have over 23 years of experience in engineering and environmental studies for mining and civil projects. Including feasibility, SEIA, waste characterization, mine site rehabilitation, tailings management systems, and heap leach pad planning and design. I have experience in geotechnical and geoenvironmental site investigations as well as extensive construction experience for a range of civil structures including tailings dams, water dams, surface water infrastructure, waste dumps, foundations and leach pads. I have managed the geochemical characterization of mining and mineral processing wastes with a focus on the prediction of the potential for acid rock drainage and metal leachate and the design of management and containment systems. I am a Fellow and Chartered Professional with AusIMM and a Registered Professional Engineer Queensland in the field of environmental engineering.
