Tim Strange, CCIM, SIOR

Tim Strange serves as a managing director for Sperry Van Ness, specializing in the sale of office and industrial properties in Oklahoma. With over 20 years of experience, Strange has completed over 500 leasing and sale transactions totaling in excess of 9 million square feet.Since joining Sperry Van Ness, Strange has received numerous awards. Under his leadership, the Oklahoma office was named as one of the top four commercial brokerage companies in the area by the Journal Record. National awards include Partner’s Circle and Humanitarian of the Year. In 2008 he is ranked in the top 10 Sperry Van Ness brokers nationwide and is consistently among the top producing brokers in his market. In 2008, Strange has brokered 13 properties valued at over $167 million.Strange is a member of the Society of Office Realtors (SIOR) and the only SIOR Office Specialist in Oklahoma City. He is also a member and past president of the Oklahoma Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM). He is the 2009 President of the Oklahoma City Commercial Real Council. He serves on numerous civic boards including Leadership Oklahoma City and The Last Frontier Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Strange is an Eagle Scout and has been honored with the Silver Beaver award for service to scouting at the council level. He is also a past director of the Downtown Rotary Club, the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, and the Central Oklahoma Transportation and Parking Authority.Strange earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
