Continuous improvement has always been an intrinsic part of how I think. Determining ways to reduce costs, cut turn times, streamline, and improve the process runs throughout my career regardless of my job title. Effective communication, diplomacy, assertive leadership and data analysis strengthens my ability to lead others into improving the workplace and processes. I believe that a cross-functional team approach gives the best solutions for workplace opportunities. I genuinely enjoy leading this process! Using the DMAIC process, Kaizen events, Process Mapping, FMEA, Lean Six Sigma, 5S, SMED and other tools encourages a dynamic and exciting environment. I look forward to each new project as offering an adventure of constraint identification, waste elimination, and new value stream mapping.
