Hi, I am Tim, a Procurement Leader with a strong commercial sense. I bring over 14 years of Procurement and Commercial experience in the FMCG and Fresh Produce industry. My career journey has brought me to 3 different countries to work in, in each of them I had the priviledge to work in an international environment, working with people from all over the world. In the last 2 years as the Commercial Director at Fresh Solutions, I lead the sales and sourcing activities for the fresh business in Germany, with a focus on delivering value to the client, ensuring quality, and driving the sustainability agenda. I have over 10 years of experience in die-hard procurement roles, working for global FMCG companies such as The Kraft Heinz Company and Imperial Tobacco. I have a proven track record of managing complex and strategic sourcing projects, leading international negotiations, driving cost saving and value engineering projects, developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with suppliers and customers, and leading cross-functional and multicultural teams. I am passionate about business partnering and innovation, customer satisfaction, and social responsibility, and I strive to create value and positive impact for the organizations and communities I work with.
