Currently work at JFHQ in the J1-HRO as a Human Resource Assistant, as a processor I work on many actions that affect people’s pay, benefits, and separations including bring on new hires. I code new hires and ensure the process is flowing accurately for approval by the supervisor. Veteran of the United States Army with over 13 years of experience in protecting, maintaining and troubleshooting various types of utility systems and other assets. I have trained over hundreds of Soldiers of the US Army and was responsible of military equipment and tactile vehicles work over $100M. Responsible of Safety for 4 years at my unit to ensure all safety procedures and building were current to standard. Installed and maintained mission critical military water supply systems valued in excess of $1M in support of Operation.I have managed over 30 employees insured they are properly trained and proficient with the safety rules and policies, also in charge of hand held equipment worth over $20K on daily basis at FedEx as an Operations Manager. I have done audits and inspections on all FedEx vehicles to insure they are properly tagged, equipped and inspections are currently up to date according to DOT Regulations. Supervised all employees time cards to insure they have taken breaks and lunch according to California State laws and approved all time cards and made modified punches according to their status of being absent so they are paid properly the next pay period. Career is supported by Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Phoenix and Associates of Science Degree in Business Administration.
