Timo Oksjoki

I am open minded and hard working hardware professional with 20 years of experience in different electronics design positions. My core competencies include: hardware architecture, hardware integration, digital design, schematic and layout design, testing, measurements and problem solving. I have very practical approach on my work and I really like doing things. Oscilloscope measurements, soldering components and hands on debugging are tasks that make my day. Working as baseband hardware lead engineer and chief engineer in phone and phone engine programs I have been overall responsible for complex hardware designs. I have been strong contributor to actual design work and also guided designers in project team. I have also been collaborating with different internal peers like layout designers, mechanics designers and production testing engineers. Team work and working with people from different backgrounds in international environment is very familiar to me. I have had regular contacts with world class chipset vendors having e.g. Weekly meetings and I have been working also with factory production personnel in Asia.
