I am the EMEA Professional Services People Excellence Manager for Amazon Web Services. I utilize my 20 years of military service by bringing my unique ability of understanding how to blend strict regulatory guidance along with team-building and my peculiar style of mentorship and professional development to engage and empower employees, peers, and even executives to find new and creative solutions to improve organizational success. All while encouraging career progression and growth by ensuring a stable and productive work environment through mentorship, influence, data-analysis driven results, and consistent recognition. I have been a successful Military Talent Coordinator with ZolonTech Inc. (Zolon), where I helped place transitioning military service-members into fellowships with Zolon Tech, in positions ranging from business development to project managers and coordinated between our organization and military and non-profit liaisons to better integrate our efforts to maximize talent acquisition. I have refined my leadership and mentorship capabilities with various roles and positions throughout an exciting and sometimes challenging military career. My last position in the military challenged me and opened my world to government contracting as a Contract Officer Representative while working as the Regional Military Honor Guard Program Manager (Caisson Platoon Sergeant) in San Antonio, Texas. I have a B.A English and a M.S. In Transformational Leadership with University Maryland Global Campus (UMGC). If you find me in my free time, you'll find me supporting my wife and kids in their endeavours, whether it be playing games with them, attending their soccer games, or if you share a love for tabletop games, we may cross paths on the field of battle of Warhammer 40k or potentially a board game of many various types. I'm also an avid F1 fan so for about three hours every weekend, I'm glued to a screen somewhere watching cars zip around a track!
