Timothy Hennessy

Timothy Hennessy provides statistical expertise gained through public utility service and consulting subcontracting, to clients in electric and natural gas public utilities, and the private sector. He is responsible for managing and conducting projects in forecasting, load research, demand response, resource planning, economic analysis, program evaluation and market research. Mr. Hennessy possesses a comprehensive skill set applicable to the development and quantification of market-based programs, including expertise in complex sample design, and applying statistical and economic methods to data analysis. Mr. Hennessy’s proficiencies include engineering, economic program assumption validation, the application of cost-effective efficiency technologies and the evaluation and reporting of experimental results.
