I am an Area Business Liaison and Vendor Manager in EY Technology. I've been a team lead for the Americas Level 2 Service Desk for 10 years; prior to that, I was a Level 2 technician. I've gone from a three-person team in Cleveland, to a global team of close to 100, providing expert technical support to hundreds of applications. I graduated Cum Laude from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. I was a high school special educator for four years before transitioning into IT support. With me I brought my coaching and love of motivating others, as well as what others have called my seemingly infinite patience, which has served me well in the IT field. I have been a technician, trainer, counselor, knowledge writer, team lead, and escalation manager, all roles I have enjoyed. I am passionate about impacting the lives of others, and cherish these experiences. I was a surrogate for my cousin- an amazing experience! I also enjoy mentoring at work, and helping in my community, from volunteering for my city's soccer club to chaperoning middle school overnight camps.
