Tina Hessell

Tina is a professional hair and makeup artist with over 20 years of industry experience. Tina is currently contracted to Channel 9 as a Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist, as well as regularly working on major TVC and Online projects with many of Sydney's top Advertising Agencies, Production companies and direct clients, being represented by RMK Crew. For many years, Tina was contracted with TVSN as well as being part of SBS and Network 10's freelance Hair and Make up team. Tina worked on various programs for 10, including the early News, Wake Up, Studio 10, The Project, as well as various advertorials. For SBS, Tina regularly worked on World News, Insight, Dateline, NITV News, Awaken and The Feed. She was also lead Hair & Makeup Artist on Undressed, Room 101 and The Full Brazilian. For many years Tina was sharing her time working in live TV, studio and OB for SBS, Network 10 and TVSN, and significant events, including Logies, Arias, Eurovision, AACTA and NAIDOC Awards. Tina also freelanced for Bauer Media publications (now ARE Media), mainly TV Week, Take 5, Womens Day and Womens Weekly. For many years she was also a valued member of the TV Week Logies team, providing Hair and Make Up to the editorial staff prior to media engagements, and to the award winners during the event. Tina is also a member of the wonderful team of Hair & Makeup Artists at the Hair & Makeup Studio in Collaroy. Tina regularly works on major TVC and Online projects with many of Sydney’s top advertising agencies, production companies and direct clients, and freelances with various media publications on both editorials and advertorials. Tina is also part of the Hair and Makeup Studio team in Collaroy, is represented by RMK Crew, and is a proud supporter and volunteer of Look Good, Feel Better. Tina thoroughly loves the industry and the work she does and is unflappable, even under the most stressful conditions. Her sense of humour, coupled with her professionalism, make her a great asset to the client, cast and crew.
