I have a strong interest in working in the educational sector with its main focus on E-Learning and Blended Learning format. My experience in designing, implementing and delivering effective learning and development activities and techniques, include the use of E-learning opportunities where appropriate, supported by the use of external and internal specialists and learning providers. Furthermore, I have excellent organizational skills, in managing and coordinating learning and development functions including the related administration, record keeping and reporting. All of my endeavors were and are backed up with solid academic qualifications. I continued to develop my own education and completed a post graduate Certificate in Educational Technology with the specialization in Instructional Design. The knowledge of training and adult learning theories, methodologies and techniques give me a unique opportunity to excel in the area of developing, delivering training and instructional design. I am looking for new challenges in the corporate world where coaching and training plays a key role in the corporate culture. Knowledge is the key to success in developing a strong workforce!
