However, this is so extensive, complex and in a constant state of change that if you don't keep up to date on a regular basis, you'll be left behind. This is where my passion comes in, because I love gaining and internalizing new knowledge. With over 15 years of experience in IT, I combine up-to-date theoretical knowledge with relevant practical experience to create in-depth expertise. On an analytical level, I possess the ability to penetrate complex issues, identify potential and plan IT projects, while on a conceptual level I implement these solutions and optimize internal business processes and existing infrastructures. As CTO of coin analyst UG, I ensure that the information technology infrastructure runs smoothly. With my continuous education I always stay up to date and guarantee the infrastructural sustainability with market analyses and professional training of the employees. As an authorized signatory, I am familiar with budget responsibility and am experienced as a link between management, IT and other departments. Thanks to strong people skills, I effortlessly adapt my communication to different stakeholders and contexts to ensure successful collaboration at eye level. With the remote supervision of an international team of developers as well as the on-site management of a team, I have personnel responsibility for up to 15 employees. Due to my many years of self-employment in the fields of web design, IT security and business informatics, I have extensive experience in diversified contexts and process structures in consulting-intensive IT environments. In all my activities I embody the service concept and through a performance-oriented hands-on mentality I also succeed in successfully supporting technology-averse structures. For me, it is both a challenge and an incentive to achieve optimal results and to bring the entire team along with me.
