Toby Adams

I am an urban geographer with over 22 years experience working within a range of private and public sector organisations across Australia. Specialising in housing, demographic and urban development research, my strengths lie in data synthesis and strategic advisory on land use planning and urban renewal issues. I have a particular research interest in the residential sector and have developed various analytical tools for strategic decision making, trend analysis and forecasting. I established TNA Urban Advisory in December 2020 as an independent property and planning consulting practice specialising in strategic research, economic assessments, demand-supply analysis and policy advisory services. TNA Urban Advisory undertake assignments across all property sectors and are experienced in undertaking a wide variety of strategic property research projects including asset portfolio reviews & growth outlook studies, property market analysis & strategy advisory. Through my extensive involvement with the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) in recent years, I have also branched out into urban affairs relevant public policy development, managed a proptech R&D program within a broader urban research platform & provided oversight of a number of strategic research projects covering development activity & growth sequencing, employment lands & smart sustainable cities.
