Toby was Vice President & Division Manager of the Los Angeles/Ventura Division for Griffin Industries, Inc., a Southern California developer/homebuilder with offices in Los Angeles/ Ventura, Inland Empire, Sacramento, Atlanta, and Baton Rouge. Additionally she was the Vice President of Engineering overseeing all Company-wide final engineering and environmental consulting disciplines of the public and private improvements. Recognized by her peers and community leaders as a strong industry leader she has served on various Public Agencies’ committees: • State of California Regional Water Quality Control Board Committee for Drafting of Los Angeles County’s Municipal NPDES Permit; • Los Angeles County Regional Planning Commission Committee for Alternatives to a Certificate of Residential Compliance; and • County of L.A. Dept.
