4th generation machine shop owner, started my career in 1983 as a entry level machinist, learning from my Grandfather, over the next 23 years we went from a Conventional Machine Shop to a CNC CNC Machine Shop, Our staff grew to 31 people, working 2 shift a day 4 days per week. In July 2006 my dad & I decided to sell our shop & I signed a contract to work for the new owners. 2008 I left Allen Precision Industries to work with my dad in his welding supply business. I was in charge of Sales. On January 1, 2011 I opened Allen Machine & Fabrication, where we produce parts for a variety of customers using CNC Milling & Turning, Precision Welded Fabrication & Water Jet Cutting & Laser Cutting
