Todd Butwinick

Todd Butwinick (Todd But-Win-Ick) serves as the Senior VP of Acquisitions and Strategy of BI Group. Mr. Butwinick brings with him more than 25 years of real estate and business experience with over $1B in transactions throughout the United States. Mr. Butwinick oversees BI Group businesses, including commercial and residential real estate, land development, business acquisitions and other capital projects. Mr. Butwinick, originally from Minnesota, learned the value of providing outstanding customer service while coming up within his family’s 100-year-old retail furniture business in St. Paul. He carried his industrious marketing acumen and desire to achieve to the Las Vegas valley, where he opened several furniture storefronts under the umbrella of a national franchise. It took Mr. Butwinick only a few years to lead several of his locations to national prominence and earn the company’s national Director of Operations title. Mr. Butwinick translated his skills in personnel management and financial oversight into the real estate world after selling his interests in the furniture sector with the intent of finding a new career challenge. The customer-centric appeal of real estate overlapped well with Mr. Butwinick’s skill set, and he joined the industry in 2009. His understanding of business trends and keen management insight quickly saw him leading the operation and was rapidly promoted Sales Manager, Vice President and eventually to Chief Operating Officer. As COO, he headed the transformation of a small local brand into a national franchise model with several offices, over 200 agents and $750,000,000 in sales. In addition, Mr. Butwinick has developed and implemented some of the most successful selling systems in retail and real estate with a focus on developing long lasting relationships. He has also hosted many public speaking events along with training seminars. Mr. Butwinick has been living in Las Vegas for over 30 years where he has been married to his wife Laura for 28 years and they have two adult children.
