I am passionate about being in a Management for 8+ years in warehouse,people training, customer service, security and working with disable individuals, to me it's all about leadership, respect,knowledge and ability to make others succeed, people respond well to respectful leaders because its effective and having workers knowing that goes along way to achieving company goals. I Love going to the four front of excelling past basic goals and achievements required to complete tasks, I challenge myself at everything so that I don't just accept okay or decent job while obeying rules and regulations that have been set.Over the years I have grown as a young man while paying attention to whats in front of me like the bottom-line, which is expanding your mind and interests that you like or love, so that improvement/betterment will be on all tasks.I remember a time at my first job as a stocker in a small-town store, I took pride in having that job but didn't take it serious when it came to work because I knew that it wasn't going to be there forever and what was learned is no matter what job it is how you act and work there will mirror actions at another job.In closing I am determined to succeed in life through hard work,respect and knowledge in all fields.
