I am a municipal attorney and I believe all legal questions have solutions. In my experience, creativity and thinking outside the box is a necessary and integral part of my job. Whether I'm drafting real estate agreements (including development agreements, purchase and sale agreements, etc.), easements, subdivision plats, or assisting developers in the entitlement process, each project can have a unique issue but all can have some type of solution. And finding the solution is often the tricky part. I innately enjoy to research - whether it's case law, natural gas vehicles, or "how-to's," I strive to know all aspects of each topic I engage in. With information comes confidence. I love spending time with my wife, Marlene, and three girls by hiking, swimming, or biking. I play basketball a couple times a week and a round of golf when time permits...I have a wicked slice :)
