As the Vice President of Career Development for BHHS The Preferred Realty; I oversee all of the education, training, CE, CRAM/exam Prep, mentoring, and coaching programs as well as, our Hockey Mom of The Year Program in conjunction with the Pittsburgh Penguins and our Dream, Innovate & Grow College Scholarship Program. After listing and selling real estate in the tri-county region for the past 30 years, I have decided to amalgamate my talents as a leader, teacher, and Realtor® into ONE as I strive to make BHHS The Preferred Realty number one in training in the United States! I obtained my PA & OH Superintendent Licenses in 2014, PA Broker License in 2015, Real Estate Instructor's license in 2016, Gold Standard Instructor (GSI) from REEA in 2019 and became a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI) in 2020. In 2018, I became the Educational Director at Real Estate Educators (REE). REE serves the Western Pennsylvania area as a provider for Pre-licensure classes as well as Continuing Education and Broker classes. As an educator, I have served in the positions of teacher, coach, instructional teacher leader, dean of students, and lead principal of various grade levels. My experiences have included: planning and implementing professional development sessions, devising methods of data collection for promoting differentiated instruction, partaking in recruitment and hiring processes, observing and evaluating teaching staff using the Charlotte Danielson Model, and being a consultant to our Department of Research, Assessment, and Accountability through the building of Excel templates for the district’s use in the evaluation of students and staff.
