Jako šéf vlastní firmy se starám hlavně o to, abych měl v týmu šikovné lidi s tou správnou motivací a energií. Řeším vše, co k vedení firmy patří, ale nejvíc mě baví hledat možnosti, jak můžeme společně naše fungování neustále vylepšovat a posouvat. Hodně se věnujeme procesům a jejich automatizaci a zároveň aktivně pracujeme na řízení zákaznické zkušenosti.
