Recently returned to the exciting world of Career Coaching with the White Hawk Group. Assisting displaced worker in their desire to return to the work force. I love coaching those who are willing to do the work in reaching their goals.. Relocated in 2018 to the Outer Banks of North Carolina filled with fun and sun. Started a small business cleaning pools down on Hatteras Island. Still a start up but building a solid reputation for service and flexibility. President of the Wind Over Waves Home owner Association, keeping my mind sharp and hand in the professional arena. A volunteer / Director in the Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo Civic Association. Of course, starting a local running group in the tri-village area of Rodanthe, Waves & Salvo, NC. Career Coaching, Sales and as a Motivator and Running Coach... Founder, President of local non profit / Cancerve, Inc. Assisting women undergoing Cancer treatment with small efforts such as childcare, groceries, transportation to/from hospitals, house cleaning and the like. Past Race Director managing the Towson 4th of July 4 miles on the fourth Successfully grew the Baltimore Womens Classic 5K a major fundraising event from a break event budget to 700% growth in Net dollars. Grew attendance levels from 125 to an excess of 4007 in 2013. Created and Founded the 501(c) (3) in 2007. Sold the BWC to a local Race Mgmt. Company in 2014 and remain the Charity beneficiary of the event. What I bring to the table wherever I work is passion, enthusiasm and a contagious attitude for success. Have enjoyed success in leading, coaching and selling. A willingness to 'Listen' to the desired outcome and goals of others followed by creating, designing and implementing campaigns to achieve results.
