I advise on all aspects of structuring and distribution of structured derivatives. Particular areas of expertise include equity, fund and credit-hybrid derivatives, securitised product offerings, repackaging/wrapping structures, tax-driven product issuances and Shariah securities. I advise on the full spectrum of a product's life, from initial structuring, through implementation/documentation, to maturity and the handling of distressed and disrupted market scenarios. I am experienced in all areas of PD2, as well as being well versed in the public distribution of structured products in EEA/non-EEA jurisdictions including Switzerland. I also deal extensively with proprietary indices and quantitative investment strategies, including compliance with the EU Benchmark Regulation and IOSCO principles.
