I am a lawyer at Thomson Geer. I practice in the area of corporate law including ASX Listing Rule compliance and corporate governance advice and assistance in corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, cross-border sale and purchase transactions and bank facility re-financings. In addition, I have experience in the areas of funds management, financial services and capital raisings, including the registration of managed investment schemes, development of AML/CTF programs, applications for Australian financial services licences and assisting in the drafting of prospectuses, product disclosure statements and information memoranda. As a part of my graduate rotation program I also gained an insight into corporate insolvency, personal bankruptcy and debt recovery matters which involved compiling lists of documents for discovery, drafting pleadings and statutory demands and assisting in the preparation of briefs to counsel. Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Specialising in Corporate and Commercial Law. Bachelor of Commerce (Finance).
