I began my career as a reinsurance broker at the world's #1 broker but after eight years and $500M+ of ceded premium I was bored. I returned to school to get my MBA thinking I was done with the old-school insurance industry and I’d move into the tech industry - that's where all the growth and innovation was happening. Then, while getting my MBA, I realized there was an opportunity be the change I sought and I founded an insurance robo-advisor upon graduation. Since then my focus has been on insurtech.
