Over two decades of security leadership experience. Mr. Elward provides security consulting services to a wide range of clients. Services range from Energy Sector(NERC CIP), Security Expert Witness, Food Defense to Security Vulnerability Assessments. Extensive experience with NSSE(NATIONAL SPECIAL SECURITY EVENTS) ie; Olympics both domestically and internationally. Experience includes Critical Infrastructure Protection in energy industry, directing fortune 500 Loss Prevention and Business Continuity Programs, security leadership to multinational corporations, NGO (non-governmental organizations), as well as non-profit agencies. Past work includes security leadership roles in the securing of the Iraq election process in the United States and Canada, and crisis management training to multinational corporations in manufacturing and retail. Particular areas of focus include critical infrastructure protection, crisis management, acquisitions, compliance, audit, risk management, investigations, executive protection, special events and promotional security. Experience also includes corporate downsizing's/expansions, retail processes, profit and loss responsibility, employee relations, and communications for multi-national corporations.
