Tom Graham

Tom Graham is the Head of Practice - Global Logistics & Supply Chain at Holmes Noble. His areas of expertise is helping organisations find leadership capability across all functional areas, operating from functional director to Board level appointments, globally. He also leads on internal and client facing projects relating to sustainability and diversity, inclusion and equity. Tom has circa fifteen years of recruitment and executive search experience in the UK and internationally, working for boutique organisations and one of the 'big six'. The majority of Tom's career has been in Supply Chain, with a deep understanding and knowledge of current market trends such as deglobalisation and nearshoring and the impact this is having on the wider Logistics and Supply Chain sector. Tom is an agile and entrepreneurial thinker, who works collaboratively with his clients to deliver solutions to complex problems. He is relationship focused and prides himself on delivering outstanding results for his customers and candidate community.
