My background and work in strategic enrollment management (SEM) includes work in recruiting and marketing for enrollment, admission policies and processes, financial aid, academic advising, student accounts, and persistence/completion (student success). One focus in my career has been educational technologies as they developed over time. Whether it was writing a database program on a Macintosh II in the 1980's to mastering early admissions and financial aid software, to installing Oracle, configuring Banner, to configuring and managing CRM platforms, it has been exciting to see how technology can enable engagement with students, streamline processes and enrich communication.
