I have over a decade of experience in digital and social media: I edited guardian.co.uk, launched Comment is free and oversaw the Guardian’s move into video journalism. Under my leadership Guardian multimedia won five Webby awards and two Association of Online Publishers’ awards for best use of video.I regularly judge industry awards and speak on conference platforms about the changing world of digital media.
